Meat tough
Bought to packs of rump steaks foe a braai at friends from your butchery service counter.(R389.76 & R338.37). Although the price was excellent unfortunately the meat was tough and it was disappointing. It was braaied medium so that couldn't have been the problem. I specifically bought it at the counter for the thicker cut but it seems it wasn't matured.
