Mavis' extreme unwarranted disrespect

I had a few items to purchase but the queue was just too long fmand so I asked for an express tillto be opened when Mavis gave me an attitude and making funny sounds so I asked for the manager to which she raises her voice at me saying to bring my stuff she will help and when I told her not to raise her voice at me she raised it even more until her manager came out and calmly assisted me. I have been shopping there at leat 5 times a week since opening and I've never experienced such disrespect of one of your employees to a point where she was gestusturing with her hands almost pointing her finger at me.
