Mavis at Food *****s Bothasig - Changed my aspect on Customer Service FOREVER

I would just like compliment Mavis on her exceptional service. I was having a really bad day and just with her going the extra mile and showing a willingness to help changed my entire day.

There is hope for customer service all thanks to Mavis.

She was present and made me feel valued as a customer, i needed assistance with hot cross buns on the floor because i was not sure where to find it, since there was nothing at the bakery.

Instead of just showing me where it is she litterally took me to where the racks of hot cross buns were and even packaged them for me.

THANK YOU MAVIS, you gave me hope in customer service again. You deserve a bottle of Bells or something greater !!
