Managers by name but terrible customer service

Roger a manager at Food *****’s market in Parklands was very rude to me today shouted across the tills area I had a transaction of R741.35 today which went off my account but declined on their side came and told me I can’t leave with goods which I didn’t say I will but needed him to confirm with their IT if they haven’t received the money he went on and on that he doesn’t work for stand bank nor the EFT machines department no one said he does by the time he even came to assist I was already 1 hour at the store frustrated of the situation he had no manners at all of dealing with the situation
