Manager to be Checked !!!

Manger attitude need to be addressed! Getting personal and speaking to customers in a arrogant way , after going out of a door that was and exit on previous times (me not knowing it is not a exit anymore), i was stopped by security and the door was forced closed , i told the security here is my slip i just wanted to go out , the manger came to me and said - "Het jou ma nou nie maniere geleer nie" the was totally uncalled for and made me very angry , a fight almost broke out and the manger did not give a ****. Even my mother had the same experience weeks ago and she just put all here groceries on the floor and asked for her money back. This is a problem that keeps on popping up , and always the manager is on the point of everything, i will type the whole day if i need to address all the other problems , starting the the poor quality meat that Fruit and Veg is known for in Jeffreys bay. His attitude needs to be checked or we will make him.
