Manager talking personal matters

I asked the lady at the salad bar if I could only have yoghurt and muesli when she told me they only sell muesli and yoghurt with fruit and not separate...I then asked for the manager and she said he's right behind you, which he was talking to a lady personal things instead of helping customers with complaints after about 5 min waiting for him to finish he said he will be with me now, and he carried on chatting as if we all have the whole day lunch. I decided to grab a Panini chic mayo and he came and asked me if he could help, when I rep**** NO ITS FINE....in any case I don't want the muesli anymore cause I had to wait for what seems like an eternity. so when I got to work I opened my Panini and it was soaked with off tomatoes and gherkins and off lettuce brownish colour. I took a picture and would like to show the manager if he would eat a Panini that is soaked and off. so all and all Food *****s is not what it used to be and their standard according to me is not what its suppose to be.
