Manager Reiner Nel rude and obnoxious

<p>Terrible experience at the food *****s market. Manager Reiner Nel was so rude and arrogant raising his voice at my friend and I when we questioned him about making us stand for an long period of time at the till points. There was a power outage and nobody informed us, the, 3 managers one of which is Mr Nel just stood there and made no effort to inform everyone in the queue that they are getting the generators to hear power back. We then went to their market cafe and was told that they cannot get my colleague a milkshake due to the power outage, we understand the circumstances but really u could of dealt with it more nicer and professional instead u were a disgrace to the name and integrity of Food *****s market! </p>
