Lynnwood don't answer their phones

I havent shopped at FLM for many years but am new to Lynnwood Pretoria so went back to try them again. I spent a lot of money and was given 2 cards for a promotion of Fontignac knives and scissors and now have 2 complete cards of stickers. I phoned the store (I have difficulty in getting around) to find out how to buy the scissors, but the store does not answer any calls. I have tried for 2 weeks to get through but their answering machine wont put you through to an operator. Am so cross as it looks like I am too late for what was to be a reward for shopping at FLM. I really wont go back.
