Loyalty Programme is a joke
Your loyalty programmes are shocking and an absolute waste of time. We started off collecting the super hero mug stickers, I have 3 full cards, and was told there is no longer stock, leave my details and someone will call me, months later and not a word. Then I started collecting stickers for the cutting boards and glasses. I have 3 full cards, and guess what, no stock! You obviously realize people shop at specific shops for the added benefits, so what's the point if you can't redeem anything? And besides that, your staff don't even bother to attempt to accommodate. Food *****s Boksburg, I'm not a happy shopper.
