Lost baby blanket

<p>I went shopping at food *****s market in nelspruit.. I was with my 5 month old son. Unfortunately his blanket fell on the floor & I didn't see it until I got home. I called the following day & asked if they had seen it, they promised to check and call me back. I waited for that call and nobody phoned me back. I then decided to go back to the store & find out what happened to my baby's blanket. I spoke to the manager he promised to investigate. I waited for his call & he never bothered to call me until I called and asked him if he found it or not and to my surprise he told me that someone else took it. I was in awe! I even did my own investigation & the staff told me that lost & found items are hanged anywhere outside the store so anybody could've taken it. Why don't they keep lost items until the owner/correct person comes? Why must they just hang things outside/anywhere for anyone to just take. Mxm I'm so dissatisfied. Zero customer service!! You guys don't value your customers period!!!</p>
