Losing Control

The Food *****s Market Hillfox is the store that we often visit. For the 4th week in a row, we had to stand more than an hour in the queue to pay. Their excuse of shortage of staff, systems are slow, etc etc.. How is it that a pool of more than 15 - 20 cash points, there are only 3 tellers. Pensioners are made to pack their purchases, whilst staff enjoy a screaming chat to each other. Very Very disappointing
