Left over/Old food being sold

I bought a full chicken on Thursday 16/07/2015 at around 6pm, when my wife and I got home that same evening she prepared our dinner and told me that the chicken is very small but never the less she then said as she wanted to cut it up it was just breaking into pieces. Fine, upon eating the chicken was very dry and that's when we then felt we had not been given what we were promised which is fresh food daily. I called on Friday and was told to come see Brian which i had to drive all the way from Eldorado Park on Saturday to come see Brian who was in a meeting for a long time which I then left my number for him to call, that never happened. I truly enjoyed their food previously but this left a bad taste in my mouth which is very unpleasant and dissatisfying. Please advise
