Lean Beef Mince With a Sour Smell and Revolting Taste

I would like to know what are they putting into their lean beef mince for the past few months? Maybe brine, or something else? I had to throw away 5kg of mince over the past 2 months as it has a bad sour smell and tastes revolting. If you try to fry the mince, within a minute it soaks in water and becomes cooked mince. Tried to make burger patties, but it wouldn't even stick together and as I am trying to make the patty, the water is dripping from it. My son was visiting from America and while I was trying to make fried mince, he came down the stairs and when he smelled it, he wanted to vomit. I changed from Woolies mince to Food *****s due to the same issue and now Food *****s are following in Woolies' foot steps. This is such a pity because I used to love Food *****s' mince. It is a huge concern as I will not consume something that even my dogs pull their noses up for and won't eat. Unfortunately my trust is broken in Food *****s as they are NOT selling quality mince anymore!!!!
