Lack of response on claim

One of Food *****s's drivers (Epping) caused an accident (bumped into my car) and I am waiting for 10 days for a response of Head Office with details of the insurance claim. How can it take so long to provide me with the details? If there is anyone who can assist me, please do so! All my details, the details of the accident as well as quote to repair my car were sent to the driver's manager/supervisor.

I am still waiting for a reply about the insurance claim! The accident happened 13 December 2025 already! Why does it take so long to be finalized???
A Food *****s truck bumped into my car and I must just wait forever for an answer to get my car fixed!!
