Lack of customer service from manager
<p>After having an incident with the security guy at the Food ***** Narket, Shoprite Park, Parow I went to the branch manager of the store to complain about the emplpyee`s behaviour The branch manager, Louis, listened to my complaint but needless to say he did not look or seemed interested to really make the situation better. Whether it is a lack of just not being interested from his side or the fact that he lacks communication and mamagement s****s ...I promised to never sit foot in that place again. Afterall he is responsible for his employees and if he cannot even sort out a customer complaint what is he being paid for?</p>

After almost a week this complaint was resolved . To Bonita van Niekerk at Food *****sMarket`s Customer Care Centre: thank you so much for the efficient, veru professional and friendly way you handle my phone call AND also for getting back to me. It is really very heart warming to know that there are still professional people out there who are more than willing to assist with a complaint. Please keep up the professional way you not only speak to people but also the calm way you handled this matter. You were really willing to assist me in every way you could and I commend you for that!
