Lack of customer service

Really you must teach your staff to respect us as customers, I did my shopping late in the afternoon and sure I understand that it was almost closing time (which has nothing to do with me because I was already in the store) but for your staff to just look at me when I was paying for my groceries and no one helping me to pack and the audacity for on of your staff to tell me that I can`t get a box for my shopping was rude, I had to do everything myself while your staff was just looking i even had to go and get a box myself because I was so fed up with their attitude. I know they might have had a long day and sure they are tired after working so many hours but the nerve and lack of customer service from them is disgusting. I am not expecting them to do everything for me but hell can`t they help me so I can finish so they can lock up!!!!! I was down right disappointed
