Kyalami food *****s staff have disgusting attitude

I have been a regular since its opening. Slowly i noticed the prices getting more and more expensive but i ok with that until the staffs attitude became more and more rude lazy and disinterested. Why pay more and get treated like ****. Last week i was busy ordering from the hot foods when a customer rudely interupted by chatting to the person serving me in their language and i was just ignored in mid order. i told the customer to please wait her turn - she then in english tried to belittle me and turn this my request into a rascist thing all the while your chef as well as the ladies behind the counter tried hard not to laugh -they then all reverted back to their language laughing loudly.This was extremely upsetting to me. I believe this customer is known by Merrick and was returning platters at the time. I requested to speak to a manager but have since made a very concious decision to spend my money elsewhere - i have told all my friends family and work colleagues of the incident and will continue to tell all.
