Kuils River FLM
I am Realy fedup with FLM Kuils River.... There is always problems with their pricing at the till... Every time I must go back and they will refund me and they will apologise.... But this is not acceptable anymore. This morning I bought "6 Avos for R50" as per pricing on the shelve. They charged me R80... I also bought "4 ****ins for R79. 96" They charged me R91.96..I went back and got a refund on the difference and a "BIG" sorry again!!!!! BUT THIS IS REALY NOT ACCEPTABLE..... WHAT ABOUT ALL THE CLIENTS WHO DO NOT CHECK THEIR TILL SLIPS.... AND THIS IS A REGULAR PROBLEM.... AND I CANNOT BELEIVE IT ANYMORE THAT IT IS JUST AN ERROR....????? I TOOK PHOTOS OF THE PRICING ON THE SHELVES AND I THINK I MUST ALSO HAVE IT PUBLISHED WITH THE TILL SLIP TO WARN CLIENTS.
