Keeping customers happy

I would like to commend Vincent - Floor manager at Food *****s Market, Fourways. <br> I recently purchased food there that was not to my satisfaction. When I informed Vincent of this he immediately assisted me with replacing (compensating me) with a different product and sincerely apologising.<br> <br> This is how a Floor/Store Manager is suppose to handle issues, he insured I was kept happy (since a spend a great deal in that store) and he even made sure that the remaining products met the franchise standard.<br> <br> To put the cherry on the cake, Vincent even walked me out making me feel even more valued.<br> <br> I tell you what, if it were not for the professional manner in which Vincent handled my query I would be doing shopping somewhere else.<br> <br> Thank you Vincent, our country needs more people like you (keeping client satisfaction first)
