Kameelhout wors complaint

I bought R40 Kameelhout wors. When we braai the meat taste off like rotten meat. Went back to complain and Mr Stephen van Wyk said he can't do anything about it because I am the only one who complained. I feel as a pensioner I should have been handled with respect and they could gave me a R40 voucher. When I said I am going to report you at Hello Peter he said do what you want to do. I phone the head office a few times but a voice said hold for the next available operator....after 10 min I cancelled the call
