on the 26/01/2016, i went to Food *****s to buy some lunch. I got there 12:10 and placed my order at the fast food court where they sell hamburgers. It was lunch time and there was multiple people standing there to place orders and waiting for orders and only 1 person to assist. When it came to me placing my order, I was completely skipped and the lady behind me was helped. After her, i was then assisted. I placed my order and waited. After a good 25 min. i was still waiting. People who placed their orders after me was long gone. when i asked where my order was, the chef, person, turned to me and with a very bad attitude said JA. I don't need to no what ja is, I want to know where my food was. Standing for half of your lunch hour there is not on. why was the previous guys that was there removed (Pitso and Jabu) the service stinks since the new guys are there. The food counters are messy, these guys talk to their clients like they are trash and they keep messing up orders. Do you want to loose client, because you are. Majority of my office did buy from you and is slowly refraining from doing do. When I asked for a manager, there was no one to be found. - very disappointing.
