Irritated and dissapointed

I am so angry and disappointed. I went to buy beef stew at food *****s hilltop on Wednesday as it was @R69.99 per kg. I requested 5 kg knowing it will be R350 however the rude lady working at butcher weighed it at R89.99 per kg which gave me 3kg. Is this how you rip people off on your specials? She was so rude when I asked for assistance so she decided that she will weigh it with the full price amount? Are your specials based on your staff mood? I still have slip as proof.
