Iphone ****** in store - no help

After leaving food *****s market on the 06/04/2015 i discovered that my phone had gone missing I traced the phone and had its location. I contacted fruit and veg through their website that evening and they said that someone would get back to me. I went to the fruit and veg the following morning and explained my situation. Gerrie was initially not helpful at all and told me I need to contact the police. After explaining that I had the location of the phone he said he would help me by checking his records to see if any staff member matches the location. He also revealed that this has happened a few times before and that theres not much he can do He promised that he would get back to me. That was on the 07/04/2015. it sis now the 10/04/2015 and I have not heard anything. I tried calling again today and the phone has been left on the table and I have been waiting for gerrie to come to the phone for the last 15 minutes.
