Inferior product
We purchased some chicken pieces for a good price at 39.99/ KG, marinated in a spice. After preparing this, the result in taste and texture was horrible rendering it inedible. The product was freezer burnt and extreme dry. Quite obviously an old product that had been frozen for a very long time hence the dryness. Also the pieces themselves were cut in a non conventional way. One couldn't make out what part was what. All in all.... very very poor. Get your act together Food*****s.

21 Nov 2024, 23:15I appreciate the way my complaint was handled. I was called by the Butcher manager Sergio. He apologised for the bad experience we had and without hesitation said he would refund us almost double our money back. I wasn't expecting that I have to say. Sergio is a real asset to FLM. He's Customer service is excellent. Thank you for owning up to the inferior product sold. Your response time was excellent. Very well done FLM Hillfox. Thank you.
