Ignoring customers' complaints
Firstly it is their bad and stinking attitude from their staff. Secondly they will ignore their customers and not respond to their complaints. Food *****s Market regard themselves as the Goliath, but they will soon come crashing down if they continue to disrespect and ignore customers like this. They can 'giants' today, but they will live to regret thinking they are bigger than customers tomorrow. One day is one day!!!
