Ignored

We recently bought a product from Food *****s Market. Suffice to say we were not that happy with it, thus I sent a complaint on their website.

They did reply, but that did not resolve my query. I sent another email, however they have decided to ignore me. I do wonder if they are going to respond to this though.

I am not one for complaining, but this is now a matter of principle.
