I was debited twice on the 16th June and my transaction hasn't been reversed and Manager is terrible at Food*****s

Im very disappointed with the service from Food*****s in Waterfall Ridge Midrand branch. On the 16th of H June I went to their branch to purchase things and when I was paying at the tills I was debited twice , First the transaction was approved then authorization went through on my account and to the lady who is a teller she said it's declined on her side. I asked what's wrong because it went through in my side as well as it debited on my account and tk the small machine next to the till where you put your card when paying it showed approved.

They called their manager and asked me to swipe second time and the debit went through twice again so I queried this on why it debited twice they said it will be reversed within 24hrs until today my money hasnt been reversed. The manager a black lady took my nos and said she will call me the following day at 10am which is 17th of June however she never called until I made a call by myself around 3pm she told me she forgot she had a lot of things. She was like if it's not reversed thez nothing she can do on her side I should call my bank. I need my money and I need to you guys to plz resolve this asap
