I was at food *****s market bank city around 10:30 , I had to wait for a long period of time to make an order as there was only one attendent that was helping people , I had to wait for almost 35 minutes and that is very unacceptable. I then called for a manager and the manager came 10 minutes later as he was on a smoke break . The managers name is John Mogotsi if I still remember correctly. The first person to try and help was the deputy manager named Philisiwe Ndebele . May Food *****s Bank city try and hire more individuals
