I have been working but I still haven't been paid

Hi I use to work for food *****s market bothsig since they opened and the Boss of the butcher was supposed to pay us on the 28 of last month and it is the 1of DEC now still no pay I have 2 weeks of pay with a lot of overtime I left there on the 28 of Nov so the end of month is on the 14th and starts on the 15th why does the boss doing this we are almost 10 people who has not been paid yet
