I buy other products there but never again vegetables, I bought onions and when cut open it look like filled with something from an Alien movie

I buy other products there but never again vegetables, I bought onions and when cut open it look like filled with something from an Alien movie. The same for avocados, it's not fit for human consumption. It seems to be a trend with Food *****s Market. It's better to spend more and buy from Woolworths

Thank you for your response. I shop at the N1 City Mall branch in Goodwood, Cape Town.
Please note I did not approach them as felt too much effort and not saving the products to explain but just for a number of times threw it in dustbin immediately. I always give a fair chance but happened too many times now, hence my posting.
