how food *****s market treats their staff members!!!

this review has nothing to do with me but everything to do with the way somerset west food *****s market treats staff. l don't know if it happens everywhere or just there.

anyway l was there yesterday around 3pm and firstly the store fridges had water around them with load shedding l understand it can be a hassle but not having staff regularly mop up THAATS an accident waiting to happen. secondly, l went to the till and the person serving me was eating samosas AT THE TILL??? does this mean management isn't using any motivational structures to at least allow staff a lunch break cause l then looked back and saw another staff member squatting by the till eating????

may you please explain this exploitation this review definitely does not benefit me but l felt sorry for these young girls working for you l mean they stand the whole day and no lunch breaks who knows what else you are depriving them of!!!!!
