How do you manage to buy anything?

Just tried to buy some fresh wheatgrass displayed beautifully outside. Take it to the till and they don't know the price or code. I cannot be the first person to have bought it. Teller had to go and find a \manager\" hidden away behind a closed door. Still couldn't work out what to do. Scuffling through some book looking for a code. Eventually they swiped something else and entered the code. I didn't pay the price that was on the shelf. Truly pathetic service! I think I wouldn't have been so irritated if I hadn't seen the 2 customers in front of me have a similar problem."
