Horrific Attitude

Two ladies were at the till. And the one seemed to be training. Both ladies had their arms folded and said that I should unpack my basket. I wasn't sure if I heard them correctly the first time. I then asked them again to make sure that I had heard them correctly. Yes indeed they said it again. My basket literally had 5 items in it. I mean ONLY 5. while they both stood there with arms folded and waiting for me to unpack the items. I'm highly disappointed with the attitude and service from them. As I'm a regular shopper at that store. And this is how bad service filters down. From the trainer to the trainee.
