Horrible service and card *****

Hi I’m writing this mail with a heavy and absolutely disgusted heart. I have come from your n1 city food *****s branch. Where number one I was greeted by a rude cashier. When I had to pay your pos system declined the payment yet it went off of my account. I have checked my bank statement and it’s gone off. When we called the manager,the till had glitched and they struggled to get it back to the Home Screen. I then asked the way forward and was told the money would be reversed into my account. I don’t trust this at all. I was told that because it declined on their side that I can’t take my groceries of wich on my side and according to my statements the transaction was successful. I want my money back To cut a long story short I am disgusted by the service and the untrained management and staff. It was embarrassing and demeaning to say the least. I just want my money back.
