Health & Safety Negligence

YESTERDAY while shopping at Food *****s Stoneridge I walked into an isle that was just mopped without me knowing it was wet, as there was no sign, I had a serious fall & hit the back of my head. It was painful, my whole body is in pain. I fell flat on my back and no one was around to help me. I spoke to a manager who just said \sorry"and allowed me to leave alone clearly shaken up. My boyfriend phoned as well and got a simple apology. My boyfriends father went in to complain and no one was aware of my accident. I am awaiting a call from a sister/manager on premises since yesterday and no call has been made. This is extremely negligent. I'm sitting in pain"
