Harassment at Food *****'s market Jabulani mall

I went to Food *****'s Market on Saturday the 14th of July with my kids to buy a few things, i went inside then realised that i did not have a trolley so i proceeded to turn back to get a trolley that is when i was harassed by the security guard at the entrance. The guy, named Eric told me that i cannot exit at that door so i told him i am going to get the trolley , he then grabbed my kids pushed them to the side saying that if i am getting a trolley i must leave the kids there at the door with him, i said no because i did not feel comfortable leaving my kids with him because he was rude and i did not know him. That is when the guy starting fight me in front of my children and grabbing my bag saying that he wants to check if i stole anything. i had no problem with him search my bag because i knew i had nothing to hide but i did not appreciate how he handled my belongs. This man even made my kids cry. I believe an individual like this should not be employed at your company he is extremely unprofessional and does not represent your brand well. I have reported this incident at the store but nothing has been done about it and i an not happy about that because there is footage of what happened and an investigation needs to be done.... Food *****'s market at Jabulani mall does not respect its customers.
