Green Mould in Apple Crumble
I purchased two apple crumble starts from the Ferndale on Republic branch yesterday (9 November) and today I went to eat one and there is GREEN MOULD inside. This is unacceptable and a health risk. I am utterly disgusted

10 Nov 2023, 11:58food *****s rep**** over email from my online form the extent of their handling the matter is simply to replace the item and offer an additional free one. No talk or investigation or taking up with managers or anything. Just send the customer on his way and ignore the problem

13 Nov 2023, 08:23I had the manager contact me at 7pm on Saturday. Guess what his response was. Come in with your till slip and we will replace it for you. Like I am interested in coming all the way over there to replace my R13 item. I am far more concerned with how this happened in the first place but clearly Food *****s isn't interested. Just replace for the customer and send them on their way. Don't take the matter seriously. So beware.

20 Nov 2023, 09:46I was promised feedback on investigation more than a week ago and still nothing. Clearly Food *****s idn't take it seriously or care about their customers. I wish there was a health inspection department I could escalate to. I think I should look into this.
