Great experience

I went to the Food *****s Market on Moffett on Main in Port Elizabeth, for the R100 specials this weekend. I had the craziest day with my mother, brother and 2 babies. We were so excited about all of their specials, that we just loaded our trolleys without worrying about the prices. We paid our groceries and went outside with 4 trolleys of groceries. I put my babies in the car and my mother and brother loaded the groceries into my mothers bakkie with the help of a helper and we went to a few more shops before heading home. At home we sorted out the bags for the 2 households and noticed that there was a whole trolley full of groceries missing! Panick!! We immediately went back to ask the check out lady and security gaurd if someone might know where our trolley was. They were super friendly and we were assisted by the manager within minutes. She explained that she found the trolley standing outside and brought it in. We got all of our food back. I went back in to collect the other trolley with butternut and potatoes in, as I thought that it was ours as well. My brother called to say that our potatoes and butternut was at home. We turned the car around and returned the butternut and potatoes as it was not ours. The experience really showed me the kindness and helpfullness of all of the staff and management team. I am super impressed. I will be doing all of my shopping there from now on. Thank you to everyone who assisted us. Keep up the great work!
