Going to extra mile
<p>On Saturday 1 April I purchased chicken from Long Beach Mall branch of Food *****'s. When I came to cook it that afternoon it was off. On Sunday 2 April I returned it. The manager, Steve was so helpful and empathetic to my problem . He really went the extra mile to compensate me for not only the purchase but my disappointment in my experience with my purchase. Thank you Steve. In telling my story to my daughter is believe she had a similar experience a while back returning bad products. We will all remain customers and make sure we recommend the same to other friends and family. </p> <p> </p>
