Thank you Food*****s Market. Yet again I got great service from you.

On Friday, while it was quiet, I took my mother who is a pensioner to do a little shopping as she does not want to go to the shops with the Covid-19 scare. We were wanting the long life milk special which we were told are sold out. In fact there were quite a few pensioners there who were wanting the special too as they cant afford the ridiculous prices of milk nowadays. We were asked for our phone number and name as they were getting stock the next day. While checking out (At till no. 1 on Friday Morning - I unfortunately did not get the lady on that till's name) my mother was asked if she was a pensioner, to which she rep**** yes and showed here sassa card in case. My mother was quite taken back as it is the first time she has ever been asked if she is a pensioner at ANY store. She was told she can get a pensioners discount on certain days. My mother was very impressed as she is 75 Years old but never gets given a pensioners discount. The lady at the till was pleasant and full of smiles as is usual at this food *****s market.

Saturday, I received a Call from Memory to tell me that they had stock, as it was a bit late in the afternoon I said I would go in the next day to collect milk. I went in This morning (Sunday) to go get milk and was a bit despondent as I wanted to get for myself, my mother and my mother-in-law (the two latter who are pensioners and dont want to go to the shops and risk Covid-19). Not a problem, Memory was there and told me to give her the money and she would get some for my mother and check it out for me to make things easier.

Thank you Memory, you made my shopping experience a great one. Every time we have gone here, we get great customer service.
