Fruit *****s Montana, Pretoria

If possible I would not give them a star at all. I made use of the Montana, Pretoria branch. Today I had to take spoiled items back for the 6th time. The previous times I was still tolerant and understanding. But today I was upset and asked the manager Annette to put me on the phone with the owner. The store has a bad reputation in the area and I feel the owner has the right to know it. She refused to call him and gave me money back. I will never use this store again, we do have other options too. It's noticable that it's easy to find a parking spot right infront of the store comparing to a earlier in the year when you had to stand in ques in the shop.
