"Fresher's Deli" bacon products WITHOUT ANY sell by dates??

<p>How can you allow stores to sell pork meat products WITHOUT a sell by dates or a production date?? I have been to two Food *****'s Market's (Menlyn & Centurion) both selling "Fresher's Deli" bacon products WITHOUT ANY sell by dates?? I have brought this under the attention of the butchery manager at FLM Menlyn (Eugene) in mid May already. He apologized and gave us a free back of bacon ensuring us that the issue will be sorted out. He immediately asked the butchery staff to remove the bacon as some of the packets turned grey and smelly already. He asked me to please leave the matter in his hands.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today when visiting the store we wanted to purchase bacon and again we found that ALL the "Fresher's Deli" bacon products have NO sell by dates (see pictures). I spoke to the store manager, which looked shocked and again promised a speedy resolution. On our way home we stopped at FLM Centurion and we found that there as well ALL the "Fresher's Deli" bacon have NO sell by dates?!?!? I noticed that some of the products have turned grey and smelly already but without a sell by date there is absolutely no way of telling how old the bacon is and if it is still save to consume!! How can the sale of meat without any sell by dates be permitted??</p>
