Found wood lodged in Panini, manager thinks its a joke

Bought 4 paninis at Longbeach Mall Food *****s and found a piece of wood stuck in one, brought to stores attention and Chris called to set up a meeting at 1pm, went there and was told Chris is in a meeting and doesnt know who I am, obviously a big joke to Chris and Food *****s
