If I could give a 0 rating this would apply to how Food*****s deals with complaints. 1 month later & no feedback to my initial complaint sent via Hellopeter..

I have seen a lot of bad reviews and lack of customer are from other businesses and did not assume Food*****s as one
Thats has changed. Food*****s does not take complaints seriously nor is there any customer care. Are there no processes in place

I suspect they may have an issue with the line as theres dead silence when I pick up & only after a few seconds does someone speak . They seem to not be able to hear me. It was a call from ***
