Food*****s market boksburg is a no go

Went to Food *****s market boksburg while sitting in my car a staff pushed the trolley outside and bumped my car ,staff apologized and i insisted in calling the Manager. Dean the manager came out and said that is not possible for the trolley to do that and he will have to check the cameras , after waiting more than 2 weeks and needed to ask again about the video , just to get a reply that he has not forgotten about it . A couple days later i was just informed that they will not honour any damages. Not anything about his review of the video footage or anything else. I find his aragant rude behavior not acceptable, my own family had also bad experience with the so called manager,i would really like if the owners of the boksburg (northrand road ) would review footage as well getting in touch with me as cleary the manager just doesn't care about customer or customer service
