Food*****s ground beef is a no go!!

Do not buy ground beef from them. Goodness me. I sometimes buy ground beef because it is cheaper than beef mince. I normally visit either the N1 City or Parow outlet. I then freeze my meat till I need it. I do the same with ground beef I buy from Checkers or Pick 'n Pay. Yesterday I used one of the 500g of my Food*****s Ground beef packets. Oh goodness me.... I was so disgusted. The smell when I browned it on the stove top.... Now, it was not off or anything, it was whatever they have put in those ground beef. I was so nauseous from the smell. Normally I taste my food when preparing it, but I could not get myself to taste it. My son walked in and thaught the smell came from the cat that used her toilet. So he checked but it was clean. He took two bites and then threw away his food. I even added dried herbs to try and disguise the smell, which did not help. My son said sorry Mom but I cannot and besides the smell there is also little pieces of bone in. So now I understand why everyone warns one to stay away from Food*****s meat!
