Food Safety not observed (Served burger from the floor) its not ONLY ****A shops - FOOD *****S DID IT!
I am writing this again because i am not sure where the first one went.
In the midst of food poisoning and deaths, Food *****s market (Hillfox) - their chef served us beef patties that fell on the floor. She decided to put sauce to cover it. THIS was on the 21st of November 2024. The waitress serving us, accidentally dropped my husband's burger, then offered to make another one, guess what? they gave us the very same dirty, dropped on the floor, where rats, people walk all over. From the same floor where they probably spray pesticides - they served my husband that.
We think its small ****a shops who do not observe food safety - also big once like Food *****S MARKET.
When i complained, some lady called Ronel promised an official apology by both the company and chef - but nothing. She also confirmed that the chef confessed to giving us dirty patty. The thought just disgust me.
My dissappointment is that Ronel thinks she now has this under control and they have dealt with the customer. Thats not how it works. We have been exposing small ****as and protecting big once... People need to know!!!!

My fri2nd ended up running around Christmas day trying to find meat as she could not serve it to anyone. She returned it on the 26th while in a pot. How disgusting.... and there we think they are clean and regulated. A piece of paper clearly is just a piece of paper... they do not comply with food regulations. Jah ne... Food *****s market.
My case, I decided never to step into food *****s market hillfox for now. Selling rotten food confirms that I made the right decision.
