Food *****s Market, unkept promise

Bad experience, went to the Nkomo village branch to buy cooking oil that was on promotion. Visited the stored everyday from the 28 September - 05 October, and everyday I was told the stock is not there yet. On the 06 October I asked for the manager Manoli Silent who told me that he got communication from their head office to say the stock will not be coming.

I fail to understand why they put items on special and not supply to us as customers. Or why don't they arrange a substitute for the item if they cannot secure more stock?

I emailed their customer service about the issue and they said someone will be in contact with me. It's been over 2 week and no one contacted me from food *****s. I'm still waiting to get the service I expected from them
