Food *****s market rotten meat

I recently visited Food *****s Market Montana Pretoria to get a few things to make for dinner. I bought two packs for the pork neck steaks and let me tell you what an awful experience it was. I came home and opened the meat and the meat smelled sour that’s when I decided to take it back to Food *****s. When I arrived at Food *****s I asked for a refund and also to speak to the manager. I assume it was the manager that told a cashier to take me to the butchery. I gave the butcher the meat he just opened it and asked if I wanted new meat or a refund and I took the refund. The staff was not apologetic at all. They acted as if nothing was wrong and just gave me my refund and went about their day.
