Food *****s market Musgrave center is a disaster!!!

I am appalled and disgusted with Food *****s Market in Musgrave Center. It's my brother's traditional marriage, and I wanted to support him by buying vegetables from what I thought was the best place for fresh produce. However, not only did they sell me vegetables that were not fresh, but they also charged me twice.

When I disputed this with their management, I was told to check with my bank because the money was not reflecting in their accounts. I called my bank and was informed that the transaction went through, and they advised that Food *****s should call their bank to cancel one of the transactions so I could get my money back.

Instead of escalating the issue, the management sent the cashier (Magdaline Pillay) with me to ABSA Bank, making a fool out of me. The bank informed me that they needed the owner's approval to access Food *****s' account, which made sense.

The management at Food *****s knows nothing about customer service. They left me out of pocket during a week that is important to my family, which is incredibly frustrating. If you know what’s good for you, “DO NOT SHOP AT FOOD *****S MUSGRAVE CENTER!" This has been the worst service I have experienced, and I had to make two trips just to fight this issue. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK AND I will chase after it ill I have it!!!
